European Countries

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. You can view the shipping costs for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet certain criteria. Details of any ongoing promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Order Delivery:

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and promptly. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking down your package.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We do not charge a flat shipping fee for deliveries 

We do not charge any shipping costs on orders above 150,01 €

We do charge a shipping fee for express deliveries of 14,99 €


Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries: Austria : 9,90 €

We charge a fee for international express deliveries: Austria : 16,99 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 6 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
